Accident insurance

Grenaa Gymnasium does not have an accident insurance that covers you if you get injured in, for example, sports and physics lessons, or through unforeseen accidents.

However, should you get injured due to a mistake or negligence caused by the school, including one caused by a member of staff, then it is the school’s responsibility.

Theft insurance

Grenaa Gymnasium has no theft insurance that covers student property. You have personally to report any theft to the police.

Travel insurance

Grenaa Gymnasium has no travel insurance that covers you when abroad, including study trips. We therefore advise you to ensure that the insurances you have cover you both in school time and when travelling.

Be aware that the yellow medical card no longer covers transport home from Europe.
