Grenaa Gymnasium’s Strategy

Grenaa Gymnasium’s School Board has worked out a strategic plan that the school uses as its guideline. A strategic plan is a very abstract concept. But, in fact, it only means that the Board, in dialogue with students, members of staff and the Management has made some overall aims and a specific plan for what we wish to achieve at the school.

Some of these aims and plans directly affect your daily life at the school. Others affect you more indirectly.

Our strategic plan is divided into four levels:

One of the aims at Grenaa Gymnasium is that everybody – the Board, the Management, students and members of staff – are aware of what the school stands for so that we can all contribute to the development of our school.
